I loved the room with balcony, the bed was extremely comfy. It was in a good location very close to Lembongan and the beach at Sanur.

Good kids club facilities, good swimming pool and water slide for the children, staff very friendly and helpful.
The plaza suites is a bit tired, kitchen and bathrooms really need refurbishment, and some of the facilities need updating such as basketball hoops, water volleyball net etc. Also they said they "fog" to get rid of mossies, but pretty sure they didn't do that when we were there- lots of mossie bites suffered by the whole family in this hotel.

The kids pool area was a total hit with my family! 🌊 Spacious and relaxing suites made our stay enjoyable, but the location was a bit far for little ones at times. Still, a fab experience overall!

Thanks for the enjoyable stay for family vacation. It has a huge bar and really helpful staff. The suite overlooks garden and includes a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge. This low-budget hotel has an absolutely perfect location to shops & beach. The restaurant serves delicious Japanese food.

This was an excellent place to stay with kids. We had plenty of room for my family, I was able to cook our breakfast when convenient due to the kitchen, and my kids loved the kiddie pool and play area. The restaurant prices were reasonable also.
The non-stick pan in the kitchen badly needed replacing. The coating was coming off to the point that I didn't dare use it.

Utilize the back gate for easy access to shops and eateries-though it closes at 6 PM, planning ahead can save you a longer walk.

The staff where friendly.
Unfortunately this hotel is dated and whilst cleaned daily it can not take away from the general feeling of tiredness. The location on the busy road makes it nearly impossible to feel as though you are in Bali.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and it was huge! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the water cooler was a great touch. The kids loved all the activities-especially the pool with the water slide. Even though it got a bit loud during the day with the fun going on, we really enjoyed having the space to relax. The bathroom could use a faucet for the washbasin, and some basic amenities were missing.

Appreciated to be here, the hotel was clean and FANTASTIC, the location was unbeatable to the beach or shopping mall. The breakfast was above average and delicious with various options, and reasonably priced. Location: the property was not far from the main' shopping strip' of Sanur.
Well, the area was abandoned overall.

nothing to like .The staff renegged on their cancellation policy. We asked to cancel they charged first night(as policy)we stayed the one night then the next day they wouldn't let us leave without paying for another night. We cancelled because the hotel was so poor.
Lots, smelling gym, dirty rooms, stains, smells in rooms, checking 4 hours late
